Terms and conditions for consumers

1st Products
We're constantly working to improve our products. Therefore we need in terms of the products and goods expressly reserved to make changes, especially in technical progress as regards chemical composition, color, weight, dimensions, design or similar characteristics. We ensure you a consistently good product quality.
From the delivery obligation and compensation we are operating freely through all kinds of disturbances, difficulties in the procurement of goods and increased violence. If a product is not in stock, you will be notified soon. We strive to be as quickly as possible replacements.

2nd Contracting
The order is valid after the total amount of the account Fudokan World GbR has been credited. The goods are to the complete payment a property of Fudokan World GbR (Society for Civil Right).

3rd Revocation
You can undo your purchase in the application of the field of the Outside Fee Law (Fernabgabegesetzes). The withdrawal must be timely and in writing (e-mail is sufficient) done. You do not need to specify reasons. The withdrawal period is two weeks from the date of contract. Deadline is sufficient for the timely dispatch of the withdrawal.

4th Prices and methods of payment
All prices quoted are gross prices. The invoice price is the current list price on the day of receipt of the order indicated.
All prices are in Euros. Following written confirmation, we also accept U.S. Dollars at the current rate. The World Fudokan GbR is free of any emerging through the sale tax (except the tot. VAT in Germany), import or customs fees and transaction costs. We deliver only after advance Prepayment.

5th Delivery.
You receive the products ordered by you directly from our warehouse. If a product is not in stock, you will be notified and we try to quickest delivery. We deliver usually with DHL (Logistics Service Provider).
Transport damages has to be reported immediately to the carriers.

6th Shipping
Freight and packaging will be with us as follows:
For Germany with 7.50 Euro, from a value of 200 Euro with 4% of product value and from a value of 500 Euro free of charge.
Within the EU, 15, - Euro, from a value of 300, - Euro with 5% of product value and from a value of 800 Euro free of charge.
Outside the EU on request.

7th Returned
We guarantee the quality of our products. You can return the product without giving any reasons - this within two weeks by returning back the goods. The period begins with receipt of the goods. To preserve of period is sufficient for the timely dispatch of the goods.
In the case of an effective return will be returning from a value of 50 € at the expense and danger of World Fudokan GbR (please notify in advance). The cost of the returning goods should not exceed the cheapest fare of DHL. The return has to be made to:

Returned consequences: The performance made on both sides are mutually grant.
